On Friday, we attended an event in the Redeemer Centre to celebrate the Travelling community. We heard stories about Traveller culture and traditions. We learned about the Traveller wagon and got to go inside too! We tried out some games such as throwing the horse shoe game. We coloured in pictures from the Traveller culture. We were also given lovely treats to eat too. We really enjoyed our day. Thank you to Samantha Maguire and the Louth Traveller Movement for organising this wonderful event!
