During the lovely weather 1st Class got some lovely opportunities to do some writing outside. We took a trip to the park to learn about the changes in the seasons from spring into summer and observed what we could hear, see, smell and touch in summertime.
We also did some narrative writing outside in the sunshine. The girls planned their own narrative stories where they decided on their plot, characters, setting and title for their stories. They even got to do some play outside!
