4th class are taking part in a 2week Marine Class project with Explorers Education Programme and The Marine Institute.
Ríanna visited us today and we had a two hour workshop learning about the oceans of the World, creatures who live in our Seas. We discussed explorers, scientists and adventurers.
Our experiment was about the effects of pressure on fluids/water. We made oobleck. Deep sea creatures survive living in the dark, under extreme water pressure. We are each going to research a ‘Deep Sea Creature’ of our choice as part of our project.
