Christmas Pageant 2016

On Wednesday 14th December, the families of the students in Castletown GNS congregated in St. Nicholas Church for the school's Christmas Pageant. Everyone was treated to an evening of festive and holy carols, poems and bible readings, organised by Ms. Haughey. A group of tin whistlers directed by Ms. McArdle played "Joy to the World", while Ms. Edel Duffy taught the fiddlers "Good King Wencelas". It concluded with the whole school singing "Away in a Manger". It was a beautiful evening to start off the Christmas season.
