Castletown Girls School

Castletown Girls' Schol has a long association with traditional music. Every child in the school is given the opportunity to learn a musical instrument. In the past, the school has been involved in Fleadh Ceoil and Slogadh competitions. The school band has recently been reformed as we hope to keep traditional music alive in our school. Instruments such as piano accordion, fiddle, tin whistle and flute are played in the band.
