Natasha McDonagh, pictured left, won a prize in the National "Centra in the Community" competition. Her picture will be featured in the Centra Calendar for next year. Well done Natasha!!

Discover Primary Science aims to stimulate young children's interest in the sciences. Last year Ms. Higgins, Ms. Kilbane, Ms. Jordan and Ms. Kearney's classes took an active part in the exciting hands-on acitivities. A school Discovery Log including reports of experiments, scientific visits and activities supported by photographic evidence was submitted to Discover Primary Science and an Award of Excellence in Science 2006/2007 was given to the school. Three pupils accepted the Award on behalf of the school in Croke Park. All participants received a Certificate of Excellence.
