Active Home week 2020

We are encouraging all the girls to get active at home this year. The target this year is to try and be active for 60 minutes a day from Monday April 27th-Sunday May 3rd.  We are encouraging you to get creative with your activities and try up to 4 different ways daily to be active. Try and make your daily routines active. I have uploaded some information for parents and also lots of ideas for you to try. If you want to challenge yourself you can use the record sheet to see how much you can do each day and tick off when you reach the target. You can email this to your teacher at the end to show how active you were. Remember we have to stay inside our 2km radius:)
